Notes on data protection
The protection of your personal data and information is of particular concern to us and is therefore a top priority for W.A.L. Wassertechnik GmbH. This principle applies to all the services we offer. We will therefore process and use your data carefully and in accordance with the statutory provisions on data protection.
Lawfulness of data processing
The collection, storage and forwarding of the personal data you provide (such as name, address, telephone number, email address) by us is necessary for the proper processing of the underlying contractual relationship. This is based on Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR. Furthermore, data processing is permitted for the fulfilment of a legal obligation pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c) GDPR or for the enforcement of our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR.
By entering into a business relationship as an interested party, supplier, customer or business partner, we will store your contact details and information about business processes and communication with you and process them at least for the duration of the business relationship.
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties. Insofar as
Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR is required for the implementation of pre-contractual measures and fulfilment of the contract with you, your personal data will be passed on to third parties. This includes in particular the transfer to suppliers, subcontractors, etc. The data passed on may only be processed by the third parties for the stated purposes.
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the aforementioned purposes. However, we store your personal data for as long as we are legally obliged to do so, for example due to retention obligations or limitation periods for potential legal claims that have not yet expired.
Your right
You can obtain information from us at any time about your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), request its rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) or restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and assert your right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, provided that there are reasons for this arising from your particular situation.
For the aforementioned purposes, please send a written message to W.A.L. Wassertechnik GmbH with the addition: "To the data protection officer" or directly to our data protection officer.

We, W.A.L. Wassertechnik GmbH, expressly point out that despite all technical precautions, the Internet does not permit absolute data security. We are not liable for the actions of third parties.
