W.A.L. Wassertechnik GmbH

For more than thirty years, the development, design, manufacture, assembly and maintenance of plants and devices for the treatment of drinking and industrial water has been the main area of business of W.A.L. Wassertechnik GmbH.

Our main product areas include, in addition to the manufacture of plants and devices for water softening, in particular plants and devices for the desalination of drinking and well water by means of reverse osmosis.

W.A.L. Wassertechnik GmbH also develops, designs and builds microprocessor controllers, measuring and field devices, as well as sensors for use in water treatment. Our product range is rounded off by an extensive range of accessories including fittings, containers, pressure boosting systems, dosing systems and other measurement and control technology.

Founded by graduate engineer Matthias Leipprand on 1 July 1989, W.A.L. very quickly received positive feedback from the market.

The high level of acceptance of the products made it necessary to expand production capacities in 1993 and led to the relocation of the company headquarters to Eningen.

Today, 20 highly specialised and highly motivated employees work on the development, production, distribution and maintenance of these high-quality systems and devices.

The often complex installations at our customers‘ sites require competent maintenance and servicing on site. Our constantly growing service department with highly trained service technicians ensures that our customers’ systems are always ready for use and reduces downtime to an absolute minimum. A modern and innovative field service management software ensures that service calls are handled quickly and reliably. The extremely high availability of spare parts, even on all service vehicles, is a further guarantee for success.

The service technicians of W.A.L. Wassertechnik GmbH not only install, maintain, inspect and repair devices from our own production. Even plants and devices that were not built by W.A.L. Wassertechnik GmbH are in good hands with our service technicians.

W.A.L. Wassertechnik GmbH is a Chamber of Commerce training company and trains in the occupations of ‘plant mechanic industry’ and, since 2019, ‘specialist for water supply technology’.

The combination of products from our own production and high-level services offers our customers an all-round carefree package - true to the motto ‘everything from a single source’.
