Usage
The stainless steel filter housings in the EF5 and EF7 series are used to accommodate filter elements that are open on both sides for a wide variety of liquid filtration tasks. The flow rate depends on the type of filter inserts used.
The housings are made of material 1.4301. The quick-release cover fastener in the form of a profile clamp enables the filter elements to be changed quickly and easily.
Functionality
The inlet of the liquid to be filtered is at the bottom radial side of the tank shell. The filtrate is also discharged radially on the opposite side, but offset downwards.
The filter cartridges can be replaced without tools by opening the profile clamp and removing the housing cover.
